Let’s start with the good news: the first batch of adapters has arrived this week! However, as we eagerly tested them out, we discovered an unforeseen issue. It seems that a thin strip of plastic, measuring 1/8×1/8×4 inches, is preventing the adapter from fully seating itself into the dish.
The silver lining is that we’ve identified the problem and found a solution. By removing this small area from the mount, the adapter slides in, clicks into place, and holds perfectly, as you can see in the attached photos. We’re now working diligently to adjust the mold to ensure that this issue is resolved in future production runs.
