At Hitched4fun.com, we want to be fully transparent with our customers. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
For added protection, shipping insurance is included with all orders to protect both the buyer and Hitched4fun.com from damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. To process an insurance claim, you must provide a description of the issue and clear photos of the damaged item and all of its packaging. Please retain the item and all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
For items damaged during transit, we will handle filing any and all necessary insurance claims. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.
Discretionary Returns
In very rare and specific circumstances, Hitched4fun.com may, at its sole discretion, authorize a return for an item that is not damaged or defective. A return authorization must be requested and approved in writing from us before you ship any item back.
To be considered for a discretionary return, items must be in brand new, unused condition and in the original, unopened packaging.
Restocking Fee & Refund Process for Authorized Returns
Should we authorize a discretionary return, please be aware of the following:
- A minimum restocking fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees and the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking an item.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method only after we receive and inspect the item.
- The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Costs
All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
