That’s why we strive to ship all orders received by noon Pacific Time on the same day or the next business day if your order is placed on a holiday or weekend. We take extra care to package your items efficiently, minimizing shipping costs by using the smallest box possible. Whenever feasible, we also reuse boxes to help reduce waste, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

If you receive an automated shipping quote that seems inaccurate, please reach out to us. While our system typically calculates box sizes and shipping quantities correctly, errors can sometimes occur. We’re happy to provide a manual shipping quote to ensure you’re getting the best rate.

Shipping Options

During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping carrier and rate. Here are the options we offer:

  • UPS Ground: Our preferred shipping method, known for its reliability. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the USA. However, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery service.

  • UPS SurePost: A cost-effective option that combines UPS for the initial part of the journey and USPS for final delivery. Typical delivery time is 3-6 days. This service is not guaranteed.

  • UPS 3 Day Select: Choose this option if you need your order faster than standard Ground shipping. Delivery usually occurs within 3 days, though it is not guaranteed.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Often the most expensive option unless you are close to our location in Redlands, CA, or have small items. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. This is also not a guaranteed delivery service.

Shipping to Canada

We are excited to offer daily shipping to Canada! Canadian customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. To start the process, simply email us at [email protected] with the items you want and the shipping address. We will generate an invoice for your approval and payment. Rest assured, we handle all the international paperwork for you, making cross-border shopping seamless and stress-free.
